I have a 1br here and will be moving back to my place at the St Francis Shangrila Place. The developers built One SHANG with all their mistakes from St Francis in mind. I won't get into detail but let's just say my Yaya stays in a 577sqm Penthouse while I'm happily in a North tower away from the hot sun in my 88sqm 1br.

Location is excellent just don't get a unit higher than the 15th floor since cellphone signals for some reason are unreliable...
