Enrique Y. Manzano

He joined the real estate industry in 2011 and started as a Property Specialist for SM Development Corp.

​Inspite being a newbie, he has done quite well, and shortly after was offered an Asst. Sales Manager post at the SM subsidiary Belle Corp. focusing on leisure properties at the breath-taking Tagaytay Highlands.

​A year later, he was promoted to become Sales Manager -- the youngest and the fastest to get promoted for that post at that time.

Shortly after passing the board exams in 2013, he resigned and took the challenge of becoming an independent real estate broker.

In 2014, he joined RE/MAX, the World's #1 Real Estate Company.
​In 2015, he was given the privilege of handling his own sales team.

And in 2016, he made it to RE/MAX Philippines' Top 20 Brokers and is also a Top Producer at his local office in RE/MAX TRP Realty.
