Thousands of Real Estate Practitioners To Gather at SMX Convention Center, Sept. 28-29
Manila, Philippines—The Philippine Institute of Real Estate Service Practitioner, Inc. (PhilRES), which represents more than 22,000 real estate practitioners, e.g. appraisers, brokers, and agents, will hold its first annual national convention that will focus on the impact of the upcoming ASEAN economic integration on the real estate industry.
With the convention’s theme “The Evolving ASEAN Property Landscape: Mobilizing for the Borderless Real Estate Marketplace,” the two-day event will bring together local and international real estate experts to speak their mind about property trends and the different benefits and issues facing real estate practitioners on the implementation of the economic integration.
Rafael Moreno Alunan III, president of First Philippine Infrastructure Development Corp., also former secretary of the Interior and Local Government and secretary of Tourism, will be one of the featured speakers; he is expected to discuss national security issues.
The convention’s topics will also tackle “The Road to Convergence for ASEAN and APEC”; “ASEAN Economic Community 2015-Redrawing the Line in Real Estate Service”; “The Emerging Real Estate Markets”; and “The Power of the Millennial Market.”
The event will take place at SMX Convention Center on September 28 to 29, 2015.
