Contest Mechanics:

1. This Valentine’s Contest is open to all adult couples (in a relationship or married) residing in Metro Manila only.
2. Contestants should pick their dream house photos from the wide array of condominiums and house and lots listings on the website PropertyAsia.ph.
3. Upload the photos in public view on Facebook; place a caption saying why the photos depict your dream house followed by the hashtag #PropertyAsiaValentines2016
4. PropertyAsia.ph Facebook Page will create an album “Post Your Dream House Photo, Win a Romantic Valentine’s Dinner,” where all the submitted photos will be reposted.
5. Posting of the photo entries is from January 28 until February 7, 2016, only.
6. Voting/Liking period is from February 8 to 13, 2016, at 11:59 p.m.  The photo with the most number of likes will win.
7. The official announcement of the winner (a couple) will be posted on PropertyAsia.ph and its Facebook Page on February 14, 2016, and will also be notified via private messaging.
8. The “Romantic Valentine’s Dinner” at Luljetta’s Hanging Gardens And Spa, the first and only hanging garden and spa in the Philippines, will be scheduled right after February 14, 2016.
