Now under construction, Urban Deca Tower EDSA is a condominium tower that developer 8990 Holdings Inc. calls a condo perfect for micro-living, especially among single persons, college students, and young professionals. It’s near Makati and Ortigas—two of the major business, entertainment, and lifestyle districts in the country.
That said, Urban Deca Tower EDSA is also a good alternative for a bed and breakfast business (B&B) or a small lodging establishment that offers overnight or short-term accommodation. It’s close to transportation hubs and various offices and establishments.
“We’ve come up with the B&B concept for Urban Deca Tower EDSA because of its prime location, which is a big advantage,” said Roy Buen, sales director. “It can easily attract guests; it’s also surrounded by malls and transportation services.”
“And it’s cheaper than hotels,” he added.
Research says that about 212 million business trips are taken in a single year, and more and more business travelers are opting for the joys of a B&B establishment over the impersonality of a hotel.
Urban Deca Tower EDSA as a B&B establishment also aims to attract tourists. People want to go out for a good time: hang around in bars, attend parties, and shop, and they need a nearby place to stay in.
“Besides being a B&B business, Urban Deca Tower EDSA is a good investment for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) who are earning at least p40,000 per month. If they’d get a unit from us [initial investment is P34,000], they have the option to transform the unit into a B&B business,” said Buen.
