Meet ANA, PropertyAsia.ph’s virtual assistant who collects and verifies homebuyers’ inquiries or leads on behalf of the broker and/or agent.

ANA makes it easy for homebuyers to search for their ideal properties by asking three sets of questions: the first set of questions asks about the type of property they’re looking for; the second set asks about their budget and other requirements, and lastly, the third set collects the homebuyers’ contact information. No need to worry, these are not garbage leads! ANA makes sure that each lead is verified before you can access it.

Here’s how:

In order to see the homebuyers’ incoming inquiries or leads, create an account on PropertyAsia.ph. If you already have one, simply go to the admin dashboard, then click the button that says HOT LEADS FOR SALE. Take note that PropertyAsia.ph only allows registered and verified brokers to access this section. If you’re still not verified, you have to fill out the broker license number in your profile, which is located in the TRUST AND VERIFICATION section of the admin dashboard.

All the leads can be filtered, which makes it easy to know if the homebuyer’s specifications suit one of your current listings. However, each lead’s contact information is hidden until you purchase it. To buy a lead, you need to top-up your credits on your e-wallet on PropertyAsia.ph; one credit is P1.00. ANA’s lead prices vary depending on the homebuyer’s requirements and urgency; prices start from 20 credits or P20.00.

By the way, some leads can be bought multiple times, and some are exclusive. Once bought, it will show up in your “Bought Leads” tab, with all the information that you need.
