Manila, Philippines—Lopez-owned Rockwell Land Corporation and new joint-venture partner Mitsui Fudosan Co Ltd., one of the top real estate developers in Japan, have recently launched The Arton, a two-hectare high-end residential complex in Katipunan, Quezon City.

The development, whose total cost is pegged at P9 billion, will have three residential towers, a fitness gym, a multipurpose court, swimming pools, and coworking spaces for students.

In detail, the three towers will be 24, 28, and 34 stories high, respectively, which have a total of 1,700 residential units—studios to three-bedroom units—ranging from 27 sqm to 103 sqm.

Rockwell Land said, “The Arton is set to elevate quality living within the area, as there’s no existing development that offers the complete package of comfort, convenience, and peace of mind for the end-user segment.

“It will offer as much as 80% open space, which will be exclusively enjoyed by its residents.”

The development is strategically located near Quezon City’s biggest schools such as Ateneo de Manila University, University of the Philippines-Diliman, and Miriam College.
