Manila, Philippines–DMCI Homes, the real estate arm of DMCI Holdings Inc., has reached its full-year sales target of P25.5 billion ahead of schedule after posting P26.2 billion in sales and reservations by mid-year—largely due to the double-digit growth in sold residential and parking units.

The number of residential units sold from December 2016 to June 2017 surged 55 percent from 3,997 to 6,206.

During the same period, the total number of parking units sold rose 54 percent from 2,256 to 3,473.

Leading DMCI Homes’ list of top developments is Oak Harbor Residences, the only luxury waterfront property in Paranaque City, followed by Prisma Residences, a three-tower development in Pasig City.

Brisk sales for projects outside Metro Manila, specifically in Baguio City and Davao City, also contributed to the real estate company’s outstanding sales performance.
