8990 Holdings Inc. Launches Second Condo Development in Tisa, Cebu City
Manila, Philippines— Realtor 8990 Holdings Inc., known for its Urban Deca Homes brand, expects to generate P2 billion in sales from its second mid-rise condominium development, Urban Deca Homes Tisa 2, in Barangay Tisa, Cebu City.
“Urban Deca Homes Tisa 1 was well-received by the market due to its affordability combined with a great view of the mountains on one side while overlooking Cebu City and the sea on the other side,” said 8990 President Willie Uy in a statement.
Due to this strong demand, Uy said the company has decided to launch the Tisa 2 project. which will still primarily cater to the young working professionals and families in the city and from neighboring provinces.
The Tisa 2 development will have 21 four-story buildings—totaling to 1,392 units—with elevator access—apparently, a feature that’s lacking in the company’s project in Tondo, Manila.
Based on its sales forecast, the sale of 408 studio units should yield P477 million and the sale of 984 two-bedroom units should total to P1.56 billion.
Its total project cost is pegged at P800 million.
Urban Deca Homes Tisa 2 is near the Tisa Public Market, Tisa High School, Our Lady of Lourdes Parish, Chong Hua Hospital, Cebu City Hall, and the Basilica Del Santo Niño, which are close or in the heart of the city.
