Batangas, Philippines–Real estate developer AboitizLand recently celebrated its 25th anniversary by rolling out its expansion plan for its township LIMA in Lipa, Batangas.

LIMA is currently home to major manufacturing companies and international and local retailers.

A 49-hectare residential area, The Villages at Lipa, which features designer homes inspired by modern Filipino architecture, is in the pipeline.

Also in LIMA are the Outlets at Lipa, one of the country’s biggest outlet malls, which span 9.3 hectares. This commercial zone is set amid an open area with pocket parks, al fresco dining, and Olympic-size multisport field.

This year, AboitizLand is pouring in P7 billion worth of investments to complete the LIMA development.

“After more than 20 years of establishing a stronghold in Cebu’s real estate scene, we have been expanding in Luzon to provide more Filipinos an improved quality of living. Our recent launches, including our new properties in Batangas, Tarlac, and Nueva Ecija, are a testament to our continued and robust growth as a company,” said David Rafael, AboitizLand president and CEO.

AboitizLand, a member of the Aboitiz Group of Companies, has been nurturing Cebu’s residential, industrial, and commercial communities. It has expanded to Luzon with the launch of Seafront Residences in San Juan, Batangas in 2017, and Ajoya in Nueva Ecija and Tarlac in 2018.
