Designed by UK-based architectural firm Broadway Malyan, Arcovia Palazzo will have three residential towers: the 40-story Altea Tower, 45-story Benissa Tower, and 49-story Cantabria Tower.

With a total of 1,472 units, this new development will offer residential units ranging from studio (up to 32 sqm), one-bedroom (up to 46.5 sqm), two-bedroom (up to 77 sqm), and three-bedroom units (up to 193.5 sqm).

Due in 2025, Arcovia Pallazo’s amenities include an infinity pool with a pool deck at the fifth level, pavilion, jacuzzi, game room fitness center, daycare center, outdoor seating lounge, children’s playground, function rooms, retail spaces, and a multi-purpose lawn.

Megaworld expects to generate around P12 billion in sales from this new development.

Meanwhile, the company’s first residential development, 18 Avenue de Triomphe, in Arcovia City, is due in 2023. It offers 576 units, worth P4 billion, which are almost sold out.

The 2019 Philippines Property Awards named Arcovia City as “Best Mixed-Use Development.”

Arcovia City is also home to Landers Superstore, Arcovia Parade, a commercial area, and the Arco de Emperador, the township’s signature landmark.
