Manila, Philippines—The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), which regulates the practice of Filipino professionals (except lawyers), has just released the result of its recent real estate appraiser licensure examination, where 2,462 out of 4,731 passed the test.

The examinees took the exam in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, and Tuguegarao last August 15, 2015, supervised by Real Estate Service Board members Dr. Eduardo Ong, chairman, Florencio Diño II, and Rafael Fajardo.

Aiko Frances Sagusay from the University of the Philippines-Diliman topped the exam.

Registration for the issuance of professional identification card and certificate of registration is set September 15, 2015.
