Manila, Philippines–The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has just announced that 1,271 out of 3,794 passed its Board of Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Examination held nationwide earlier this month.

The members of the Board of Real Estate Service who gave the licensure examination were Chairman Dr. Eduardo Ong and members Florencio Dino II and Rafael Fajardo.

Starting this April 27, registration for the issuance of the Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration is accessible online at www.prc.gov.ph. Please take note of the following requirements: Oath Form, current Community Tax Certificate, one passport size photo (color with white background and complete nametag), two sets of documentary stamps, and a short brown envelope with name and profession.

All registrants are also required to submit an original copy of Surety Bond for three years, with a certificate of good standing from the Insurance Commission, the minimum amount of which is P20,000.00 with PRC as Obligee.  For government employees, a surety bond is not required; instead, submit a notarized original Certificate of Employment showing that an appraiser license is a requirement for employment.

Successful examinees should personally register.

The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony will be announced later.
