The ber months in the Philippines are here, which means it’s that time of the year to start buying presents, spend more time with your family, and enjoy watching Christmas shows and concerts.

Speaking of Christmas concerts, Urban Deca Homes, an affordable housing brand of 8990 Holdings Inc., is holding a free pre-Christmas event and concert titled “Future Perfect” at SM Mall of Asia Arena on Friday, October 7, 2016, from 5 to 11 p.m.  Sing along and be empowered by the performances of amazing artists Gary Valenciano, Sam Concepcion, and other surprise guests.

Valenciano, an iconic Filipino artist, is also known as Gary V or Mr. Pure Energy. He started his music career as a young choir singer before entering mainstream show business.  He has already produced at least 26 albums, three of them were released internationally.  He is best known for his hit songs “Di Bale Na Lang,” “Kailangan Kita,” “Babalik ka Rin,” and “Hataw Na.”

Sam Concepcion, on the other hand, is a prodigious actor and singer. Some people say he is the next Gary V because of his electrifying energy on stage.  Concepcion began his music career when he won on ABS-CBN’s reality TV singing competition “Little Big Star”-Big Division. He, later on, sang the theme song of Dreamworks’ animated movie “Kung Fu Panda.” He was the first Filipino artist to collaborate with Dreamworks on a release of a movie soundtrack album in Asia.  He is notable for the songs “Dati,” “Forever Young,” and “Kalsada.”
