Manila, Philippines—A landmark development, Grand Hyatt Manila brings together industry stalwarts Federal Land Inc., ORIX Corp. of Japan, and Hyatt Hotels.

Grand Hyatt Manila is a 66-storey architectural marvel that sits on top of the Metrobank Center in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) in Taguig. Set to redefine luxury living, Grand Hyatt Manila is a destination within a destination, offering a myriad of exciting experiences–from the views of Manila and Makati skylines, deluxe accommodation, world-class facilities and amenities, upscale concept restaurants, and an entertainment center.

“Grand Hyatt Manila ushers in an exciting and momentous phase in our company’s history that pushes and elevates standards to a global level,” said Federal Land Inc. Chairman Alfred Ty in a statement.

Rising beside Grand Hyatt Manila is the 45-storey Grand Hyatt Residences, featuring opulent homes carrying the Hyatt hotel brand of service. This high-end condominium will share a common podium with Grand Hyatt Manila and echo its grandeur with designs featuring dazzling and innovative fine art in its dining, living, and foyer areas as well as state-of-the-art kitchen finishes and the world-famous Gaggenau kitchen appliances.

Grand Hyatt Manila, including Grand Hyatt Residences and Metrobank Center, are all within Federal Land’s flagship project: Grand Central Park at North BGC. This 10-hectare mixed-use development is a master planned, fully-integrated township where upscale lifestyle and business centers converge.
