Further, the seminar will open with an overview of the state of the Asian property sector (commercial industrial sector and the residential and hotel industry) and its impact on the Philippine real estate courtesy of Claro Cordero, associate director and head of research, consulting, and valuation at Jones Lang LaSalle Philippines Inc.

The early afternoon session, on the other hand, will feature civil engineer-real estate broker Dennis Morada. He will talk about how one can optimize returns in a competitive market.
