Manila, Philippines–DoubleDragon Properties Corporation has inaugurated the Double Dragon Plaza, the flagship office hub of its 4.75-hectare Medirian Park development in Pasay City.

A LEED green development (LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), the DoubleDragon Plaza has four office towers and over 130,000 square meters of leasable space, which can accommodate around 50,000 employees.

The development is envisioned to become a technology hub with a truly global footprint, catering to IT-BPO companies.

Aside from various retail and dining establishments, the Plaza is also home to Islas Pinas, an indoor Filipino cuisine village curated by award-winning Filipino chef Margarita Fores.

In addition to the Plaza are two more office towers named DoubleDragon Center East and West, which have a combined gross leasable space of 30,000 square meters and will be completed this year.

To follow are the DoubleDragon Tower, a premium office building, and the DD-Ascott Meridian Park, a 300-unit luxury serviced apartment operated by Ascott Hotels.

DoubleDragon Properties is represented by four real estate groups: CB Richard Ellis, Leechiu Property Consultants, KMC MAG Savills, and Colliers International.
