Manila, Philippines—Century Properties Group (CPG) is set to open the Asian Century Center, a green office building in Bonifacio Global City, this December.

Worth P1 billion, the 21-story office tower boasts 26,913 square meters of leasable space and about P468 million in annual revenues once fully leased out. It is also accredited by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) and pre-certified by the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) building certification system.

Further, the building is designed with the variable refrigerant flow (VRF) air-conditioning system, an automation system, 100% backup power with redundancy, and a fire detection and alarm system.

“CPG is consciously improving its developments to not only conform with modern specifications but also green and sustainable design. Asian Century Center is CPG’s proud addition to its office leasing portfolio…,” says CPG Chief Operating Officer Marco Antonio.

CPG has been diversifying its portfolio, which now includes high-rise condominiums and office buildings, affordable horizontal subdivision, and leisure and tourism developments.

From its current completed gross floor area of 133,000 square meters, the company’s portfolio is expected to increase to a gross floor area of 300,000 square meters in 2020.
