Manila, Philippines–With a land portfolio that’s about 700 hectares across the Philippines, BRIA Homes, which offers affordable condominium units and houses, is primed to launch more than 50 housing developments that could help reduce the current mass-housing backlog.

BRIA Homes takes pride in the timely delivery of its projects, which has already benefited the local residents in the provinces of  Pangasinan (Urdaneta), Tarlac (Paniqui), Pampanga (Magalang and San Fernando), Bataan (Mariveles and Hermosa), Cavite (General Trias, Trece Martires, and Indang), Batangas (Balayan and Lipa), Bulacan (Plaridel, Malolos, Santa Maria, San Jose Del Monte, and Norzagaray), Rizal (Teresa, Binangonan, and Baras), Laguna (Calauan, Calamba, Sta. Cruz, San Pablo, Alaminos, and Bay), and Camarines Sur (Pili and Iriga).

Going down south, BRIA communities have also sprung up in the provinces of Negros Oriental (Dumaguete), Samar (Calbayog), Leyte (Ormoc), Misamis Oriental (Cagayan de Oro, Balingasag, and Gingoog), Bukidnon (Manolo Fortich, Valencia), Davao del Norte (Tagum, Panabo, and Carmen), Davao del Sur (Davao City and Digos), North Cotabato (Kidapawan), and South Cotabato (General Santos City).

Each BRIA Homes’ development, whose single unit only costs at least P1,987 per month, features basic amenities such as covered courts, retail establishments, play areas for children, and special venues for events and recreation.
